The service is top-notch—super friendly and helpful—and the clothing is just fantastic: classic, elegant, yet modern and uncomplicated.

Recently, I added two Merino coat cardigans in purple and black from the sales, and I’m hoping to snag a navy one if it comes back in stock. I’ve got lightweight Merino wool jumpers in blue and navy for layering or wearing solo when the weather warms up. The easy silky skirts, both with and without dots, have also found a spot in my wardrobe, and the linen T-shirts were lifesavers during the hot, humid summers in southwestern Germany.

Being tall at 1.80m (about 5'11/12), I need clothes that fit well in both proportions and length, and Winser delivers. No alterations needed; the clothes fit right out of the box. The quality is impressive, too, so I’m getting plenty of wear out of everything. It’s not just beautiful; it’s satisfying. I also have a silk scarf and two Audrey cashmere sweaters in navy and purple, which have been smart purchases. I’ve got my eye on a good blazer for the future and am waiting for classic colors like hot pink for tops and maybe a fun leopard print for easy shirts.

I had been on the hunt for a lilac summer top and was thrilled to stumble upon this one online. As soon as I hit the purchase button, I realized the sleeves had a kimono vibe and weren’t seamed in, plus the shape was a bit batwing - not the best cut for me. I thought for sure I’d be sending it back right away. But to my surprise, it’s truly beautiful, super flattering, hides the bingo wings, and definitely has a nice shape - just like the picture! The quality of the merino is top-notch, and it feels really soft and drapey. I’m in love with it - it’s honestly a classy take on a T-shirt, and I’ll be getting more!

I just got a pair of cashmere blend joggers. They seemed awesome in the pictures, but in reality, they don't fit right in the crotch area. It's so bad that I wouldn't even think about wearing them out. They come off looking pretty sloppy. For £144.95, you'd think the design would be way better. Sadly, I can't return them since I took off the outer tag before trying them on.

I was on the hunt for a size 12 miracle dress in magenta but couldn’t locate one, so I reached out to customer service on December 9, 2021. They quickly replied, letting me know they’d check with their boutiques. A few hours later, the Marlow store got back to me, confirming they had one available. I got the dress on December 10. I’d totally recommend this company!

I bought a few discounted items while at home in Germany. When they got here, I was hit with an 87 euro customs fee because of how they shipped it. I turned down the package. Winser hasn’t picked it back up and is demanding I cough up the tax before they’ll give me my money back. I still haven’t seen the package. The head of customer service at Winter London is denying my refund. If this keeps up, I’ll have to escalate things to the regulator and possibly take it to court.

This dress is stunning and appears way pricier than it actually is. Plus, the delivery was super quick. The sizing and description were spot on. I'm definitely a fan of Winser!

unfortunately, these garments are produced in China, and after just one wash, the labels come off. The cardboard that holds a skirt together (???) falls apart. It's all super cheap.

I've been a fan of Winser since they hit the web. Their products are top-notch, and the customer service is simply the best. Emma is fantastic! When your order shows up, it comes beautifully packaged. I've had the good fortune to shop from various places globally, and let me tell ya, the Winser experience is just as good, if not better, in some instances. Every time, I'm one satisfied customer.

I placed an order for a jumper and got a confirmation. I was really looking forward to it, so I decided to follow up since it hadn’t arrived. I was pleased with the quick response from Emma in customer service, who told me to check with the warehouse. However, I wasn’t thrilled about the refund that was issued because they ran out of stock. When I asked about it, Emma mentioned it was a tech issue. I was really excited about my first order here. It would’ve been a one-star review if it weren’t for Emma’s prompt email replies.

I can't give Winser London clothing enough praise. As someone who's been around the block a bit, I really value the quality and style they offer. Fast fashion ain't the top priority for me anymore, but having great style with a trendy twist sure is. That's exactly what they've been delivering since 2014. While Winser London isn't the cheapest option out there, it's not overly pricey either, and you definitely get your money's worth. I've found that clothes from other brands in the same price range often don't hold up well. Winser London has always been top-notch.
